EFFECTIVE DATE AND PERIOD. 5.1 This agreement will commence on the date of signature of the Booking Form and will continue in force for a period of three (3) years (“the Term”) or until terminated as set out in this agreement. 5.2 The Client has the right to terminate the agreement at the end of each successive12 (twelve) month period during the Term by giving Green Youth Network at least 30 (thirty) days prior written notice of such intention, i.e., by the start of the 11th month of each 12 (twelve) month period.
