Common use of Effective Date of Transfer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Transfer Certificate. A Transfer Certificate shall be effective on the later of: 25.6.1 the date specified in that Transfer Certificate; and 25.6.2 the date of receipt by the Obligors and the Banks of the notice given by the Agent pursuant to Clause 25.4.2.
