Effectiveness and Binding Effect Clause Samples

Effectiveness and Binding Effect. Each amendment or supplement to this Indenture or the Notes, or waiver of any Default, Event of Default or compliance with any provision of this Indenture or the Notes, will become effective in accordance with its terms and, when it becomes effective with respect to any Note (or any portion thereof), will thereafter bind every Holder of such Note (or such portion).

Effectiveness and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery of counterparts by the Managing Member, the Company and the Original Members, and shall thereafter be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Managing Member, the Company and the Unitholders and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.
