Efficient Use of Conduit. AT&T will install Inner-Ducts to increase Duct space in existing Conduit as Facilities permit. The full complement of Inner-Ducts will be installed which can be accommodated under sound engineering principles. The number of Inner-Ducts which can reasonably be installed will be determined by AT&T.
