EHI SOFTWARE DISASTER RECOVERY ON SERVER. 4.1 EHI shall provide disaster recovery of the Software or data corruption including data loss, fire, flood or denial of access to site or system. 4.2 In the event of a disaster, EHI undertakes to support the Customer in restoring data from the Customers own backup tapes onto hardware sourced by the Customer. EHI will also supply such staff and technical resources required to produce a working system as quickly as possible, at no material additional cost to the Customer. 4.3 EHI will work with the Customer to resolve any EHI related technical requirements at no additional material costs to the Contractor.
