Common use of Election of Faculty Members to Selection Committees Clause in Contracts

Election of Faculty Members to Selection Committees. (a) All regular faculty who are part of the discipline(s) or closest related discipline(s) shall be eligible for membership on the Selection Committee, unless a conflict of interest is deemed to occur. The conflict of interest will be determined by the ▇▇▇▇/designate. (b) Selection Committees will be elected annually by regular faculty in the Department/Discipline/Program. (c) Following Selection Committee elections, the ▇▇▇▇ will forward a list of the members of each Selection Committee for which they are responsible to Employee Relations and the Association.
