Common use of Election of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Election of Stewards. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the University acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards, whose duties shall be to assist any employee who the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ represents, in preparing and presenting his/her grievance in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.
