Common use of Electrical Systems Clause in Contracts

Electrical Systems. Tenant shall not install, operate or maintain in the Premises any electrical equipment which will overload the electrical system therein, or any part thereof, beyond its reasonable capacity for proper and safe operation as determined by Landlord in light of the overall system and requirements therefor in the Building, or which does not bear underwriters’ approval. No air-conditioning unit or system, generator or other apparatus shall be installed or used without Landlord’s prior written consent.
