ELECTRICALS. Concealed copper wiring of reputed brands. Telephone and/or Internet wiring in living or dining area. Electrical points in all bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen & toilets. Modular switches and MCB of reputed brands. DTH/Cable TV cabling in all bedrooms and living room. Modern automatic lifts of reputed brand with well decorated lift cage. Overhead illumination for compound and street lighting. Necessary illumination in all lobbies, Staircases and common areas. Well-designed common lobbies. Sufficient power back up facilities. Designer lobby with premium tiles/marble finish flooring. Flooring Marble/Kota stones. Video door phone and intercom facility in each unit. CCTV surveillance in the complex. Fire fighting systems as per recommendation of The Fire & Emergency. Services, Govt. of West Bengal (As per Provisional NOC).
ELECTRICALS. Concealed copper wiring would be provided in the flats as well as the Circulation areas with adequate number of plug points, and plastic moulded switches of standard make wirings as outlets for telephone and intercom (to connect to the ground floor reception/security outpost) A/C Point in one Bedroom.

All electrical lines, to be concealed having quality copper wires of proper gauge with earthling arrangements all switch boards to be of PVC with in front cover of parapet sheet, with switch/plus/sockets etc. are to be provided on all electrical points.
