Common use of Electronic and Digital Signatures Clause in Contracts

Electronic and Digital Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any such counterpart containing an electronic, digital or facsimile signature shall be deemed an original.
