Electronic Data Liability. For Contractor-hosted information technology products & services (aka software as a service), commercial Electronic Data Liability insurance with minimum limits of $4,000,000 per claim or occurrence. Limitation or amendment to the definition of theInsured Contract” of Contractual Liability coverage; iv. Exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), synthetic stucco or similar exterior coatings or surfaces, if the Work involves such coatings or surfaces; vii. Claims related to earth subsidence or movement; and viii. Explosion, collapse, and underground hazards 2. Business Auto Coverage - Coverage shall be no less than that provided by Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) form CA 00 01 or equivalent, written on an occurrence basis to apply to “any auto” or at a minimum “all owned, hired and non-owned autos”, with policy limits of not less than: The Business Auto policy shall not contain an exclusion or restriction of coverage for any of the following: a. Any statutorily required automobile coverage; b. Discharge of pollutants that are in or upon, being transported or towed by, being loaded onto, or being unloaded from a covered auto, if applicable to the Work; and c. Work in connection with construction or demolition work on or within 50 feet of a railroad (including any light rail, fixed rail, or other rail system), if applicable to the Work.

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).
