Electronic Filing. Any communication under this Grant Agreement shall be in writing and may be transmitted by electronic means. Communication sent electronically will be effective on the date of transmission.

Electronic Filing. Due to the number of returns we prepare, IRS regulations require us to file all individual and trust income tax returns electronically. To comply with this requirement, your returns will be electronically filed. In the event you do not wish to have your income tax returns filed electronically, please contact our firm. Additional procedures and fees will apply. You will be responsible for reviewing the paper returns for accuracy, signing them, and filing them timely with the tax authorities.

Electronic Filing. If Liberty provides or recommends a source for electronically filing tax returns, you are required to offer electronic filing and to use this source exclusively for all electronic filing.

Electronic Filing. Liberty provides the ability to file individual federal and certain individual state tax returns electronically, if such method of filing is reasonably available from the respective taxing authority. You must have a valid Electronic Filing Identification Number (“EFIN”).

Electronic Filing.  The IRS and most state and local taxing agencies require your tax returns to beelectronically filed.  We will provide you with a copy of your final returns for review prior to electronictransmission.  The IRS and most state and local agencies require that you sign an e-file authorization form indicating that you have reviewed the return, it is correct to the best of your knowledge, and you authorize us to submit it electronically.  We are legally prohibited from transmitting any return without the appropriate signed authorizations.  If your returns are not e-filed, you will have final responsibility for mailing your returns to the applicable taxing authorities.

Electronic Filing. The Hospital has expressed the desire to have all file bids, including unit-based file bids recorded by Human Resources. At the time the Hospital demonstrates a system whereby employees may electronically submit all file bids, including unit-based file bids, employees will be expected to simultaneously provide their bid both to their manager and electronically to Human Resources. The process will not be initiated until it has been presented and tested in a labor management meeting.
