Electronic Form. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile or other electronic means, each of which shall be considered an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any reproduction of this Agreement made by reliable means (for example, photocopy or facsimile) will be considered an original.
