Common use of Electronic PHI Clause in Contracts

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Vendor from or on behalf of CLIENT.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at in 45 C.F.R. CFR § 160.103, limited to the information created that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, or received by Vendor transmits from or on behalf of CLIENTCovered Entity.
