Common use of Electronic Toll Collection System Clause in Contracts

Electronic Toll Collection System. 1. The User confirms they are aware of the obligation to settle the Electronic Toll timely in the due amount, under the principles specified in the respective provisions of the laws and confirmed and detailed in the Agreement and the present GTC to the Agreement. 2. The User confirms they are obliged to settle the Electronic Toll for the use of Toll Roads with a Vehicle/Vehicles specified in Annex no. 1 to the Agreement. Any changes of the details in the Vehicle/Vehicles registration document, as regards the details featuring in the Agreement shall require an immediate change of the Agreement at any CP prior to the use of a Toll Road; this shall be confirmed by conclusion an annex to the Agreement or an Agreement with new details entered into the System.
