  • Solution The Supplier’s contractually committed technical approach for solving an information technology business objective and associated Requirements as defined and authorized by the scope of the Contract or any order or Statement of Work issued under the Contract.   • Debriefing In the event that a bidder is unsuccessful, the bidder may request a debriefing from IOM. The purpose of the debriefing is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the bidder’s submission, in order to assist the bidder in improving its future bids for IOM procurement opportunities. The content of other bids and how they compare to the bidder’s submission shall not be discussed.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
