Common use of Elevator Service Clause in Contracts

Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide necessary passenger elevator facilities on Mondays through Fridays excepting legal holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (such hours on such days being referred to as “business days”) and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant’s non-exclusive use at all other times.

Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide necessary passenger elevator facilities service utilizing all of the elevators in the Building on Mondays through Fridays excepting legal holidays holidays, a list of which is attached as Exhibit C from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (such hours on such days being referred to as “business days”) and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant’s non-exclusive use at all other times.

Landlord shall agrees to provide necessary passenger elevator facilities service except on Mondays Legal Holidays and Sundays, as follows: Freight 1 Elevator Monday through Fridays excepting legal holidays from 8:00 a.m. Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 p.m. 5:00 P.M. Passenger 2 Elevators Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (or to 6:30 P.M. if and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. when Tenant adjusts its class schedules to 1:00 p.m. (require such hours on such days being referred to as “business days”) and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant’s non-exclusive use at all other timesservice).
