Eligibility to Apply. To be eligible to apply for the CDL, an employee must: (i) meet the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the position, provided however, employees who do not meet the experience requirement for the position, but are within six (6) months of the experience requirement, may compete for placement on the CDL; (ii) demonstrate satisfactory performance in his or her current position through the ECJM Form; and (iii) have completed his/her probationary period.
