The Funding Account and the Deposit Account may be the same account. For the Transfer Service offered directly through the Bank’s mobile application, eligible Funding Accounts and Deposit Accounts include checking or savings accounts. In order to receive fund transfers into your account, that account must be in good standing. In order to transfer funds out of your Funding Account to another individual or business, you must have an available balance in that account. You agree that you will not use the Transfer Service to request, send or receive money from anyone to whom you are obligated for tax payments, payments made pursuant to court orders (including court-ordered amounts for alimony or child support), fines, payments to loan sharks, gambling debts or payments otherwise prohibited by law. We may, from time to time, introduce new features to the Transfer Service. When this happens we will update our website to include them.
