Eligible Items Sample Clauses
The 'Eligible Items' clause defines which goods, products, or materials are covered under the terms of an agreement. It typically specifies criteria such as product type, quality standards, or origin that items must meet to be considered eligible. For example, only items listed in an attached schedule or meeting certain certification requirements may qualify. This clause ensures clarity for both parties by explicitly outlining what is included or excluded, thereby preventing disputes over the scope of the agreement.
