Eligible Programs Sample Clauses
The 'Eligible Programs' clause defines which specific programs, services, or offerings are covered under the terms of the agreement. It typically lists or describes the criteria that a program must meet to be considered eligible, such as compliance with certain standards, approval by a governing body, or inclusion in an attached schedule. By clearly outlining what constitutes an eligible program, this clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of the agreement and prevents disputes over coverage or applicability.
