Eligible Structure Sample Clauses
The 'Eligible Structure' clause defines the specific types of buildings or constructions that qualify for inclusion under the terms of an agreement, such as an insurance policy or a financing arrangement. Typically, this clause outlines criteria such as the structure's intended use, construction materials, age, or compliance with local regulations, and may exclude certain types like temporary buildings or those in disrepair. Its core function is to clearly delineate which structures are covered or recognized, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring that only appropriate properties benefit from the agreement.
