Eligible Transfer From Account Types.  Velo Premier Checking Account o Must have a primary account mailing address in the United States.  Velo Student Checking Account o Must have a primary account mailing address in the United States. Your eligible Velo by East West Bank account(s) will be auto-enabled for the Alipay Transfer Service.  Accounts must meet our ownership and processing criteria at the time the Alipay Transfer is requested.
