In order to access or use the Service as a Sender, you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, with (ii) capacity to enter legally binding contracts. Please go to the relevant section for your country specific provisions, which can be found between Part C – F, for further information about age of majority. Other restrictions may apply. Only natural persons are eligible to use the Xoom service.
