Emailing Clause Samples

The 'Emailing' clause defines the rules and procedures for sending official communications between parties via email. It typically specifies which email addresses should be used, when an email is considered received (such as upon delivery to the recipient's inbox), and may outline requirements for confirming receipt or acceptable formats. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for exchanging important information, reducing the risk of miscommunication or disputes about whether a notice was properly delivered.
Emailing. (1) With the email management available in VCC Live Desk, it is possible to send individual emails by agents, as well as automatic or bulk emails following events recorded in the system. Email sending is supported via the VCC Live platform, in which case the Service Provider will use the third party service indicated in Annex 6 of these GTA, or via the SMTP server managed by the Subscriber as well.
Emailing. You will receive administrative communications from the Company from time to time using the email address or other contact information you provide us. Enrollment in additional email subscription programs will not affect the frequency of these administrative emails, though you should expect to receive additional emails specific to the Services to which you have subscribed. You may also receive promotional emails from us. No fee is charged for these promotional emails, but third-party data rates could apply.
Emailing. ▇▇▇▇▇, LMFT prefers using email only to arrange or modify appointments. Please do not email therapist content related to your therapy sessions, as email is not completely secure or confidential. If you choose to communicate by email, be aware that all emails are retained in the logs of your and therapist’s Internet service providers. While it is unlikely that someone will be looking at these logs, they are, in theory, available to be read by the system administrator(s) of the Internet service provider. You should also know that any emails therapist receives from you and any responses that she sends to you become a part of your legal record.
