EMC CUSTOM FEATURES. 1.3.1 [*] SUPPLIER shall cooperate with EMC to create [*] capability and [*] capability for maintenance of the Product. [*] is the capability [*] with the Product. [*] is the capability [*] configure, maintain, or diagnose issues. This functionality will be a combination of SUPPLIER software and EMC software. The SUPPLIER commits to work with EMC to design and implement such capability. It is agreed that only the specific EMC implementation of [*] is an EMC Custom Feature. This functionality is required in Phase I release of the Product.
EMC CUSTOM FEATURES. 1.3.1 [*] Call home is the capability to call an EMC customer support center to alert EMC of any issues identified with the Product. Dial-in is the capability to allow EMC support personnel to phone into and operate the Product's management software to remotely configure, maintain, or diagnose issues. [*].

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Custom Branding for Directory Assistance is not available for certain classes of service, including but not limited to Hotel/Motel services, WATS service and certain PBX services.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Customization The listed products are licensed for Customer Manager Suite use and customization only. Use of these tools to develop or customize non-Customer Manager Suite applications is not permitted without the express written authorization of PFPC.
