Common use of Emergency Action Plan Clause in Contracts

Emergency Action Plan. Emergency Action Plan (EAP) will be posted in common areas around the project site (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ trailer, job boards, break areas, etc.). The plan will be included in each employee’s orientation. The EAP will be reviewed periodically during site wide safety meetings and scheduling meetings. This plan is subject to change, as the site progresses, all employees will be notified and retrained if any changes are made. Please see the site specific EAP on the following pages.
