EMERGENCY CLOSING PROCEDURES. When County offices are closed prior to the start or end of an employee's regularly scheduled shift, the employee shall be paid as follows ONLY IF the delayed opening or early closure impacts their regularly scheduled shift (If the closure does not impact the employee's regularly scheduled shift, the employee is expected to work their regularly scheduled shift):
