You will be able to use your Service with the Software to make Emergency Service Calls iii. You acknowledge that, as with your existing Service, your Service will not work if the Software does not have access to the internet, whether this is by way of a power failure, an internet outage or your Software cannot access the GSM network of your Mobile Service Provider, or for any other reason that prevents your Software from accessing the Service.
