Emergency Service Calls. A. Emergency service requests made to Contractor shall be responded to within three (3) hours of notification to Contractor. C. Work which exceeds five hundred dollars ($500), the Contractor shall furnish to the HACSB a report, which shall include a scope of work, bill of materials, fixed price, and time required for completion, and shall not commence work until authorization from HACSB is received.
