Common use of Emergency Time Clause in Contracts

Emergency Time. a. Standby in case of possible need of driver or bus when not assigned to a regular run. b. Completing the run of another driver due to a bus breakdown starting with the time he/she starts the emergency run to when he/she returns to the bus lot. c. Breakdown or weather conditions beyond the normal time slot for those runs which exceed 15 minutes.
