Emoluments and Outgoings. In respect of the Transferring Employees, the Parties acknowledge that the Authority or an Existing Provider (as applicable), is responsible for all remuneration, benefits, entitlements and outgoings in respect of the Transferring Employees, including without limitation all wages, holiday pay, bonuses, commissions, payment of PAYE, national insurance contributions, pension contributions, employee liabilities and otherwise, up to the Transfer Date.
