Exit Period Sample Clauses

The Exit Period clause defines a specific timeframe during which a party may terminate or exit an agreement under certain conditions. Typically, this period begins after a triggering event, such as a breach or a change in control, and lasts for a set number of days, allowing the affected party to provide notice of termination within that window. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and limited opportunity for parties to end their contractual obligations, thereby ensuring predictability and fairness in the event of significant changes or issues.
