Emoluments and Outgoings. NYCC shall procure that NYCC is and all other relevant sub-contractors are responsible for all remuneration, benefits, entitlements and outgoings in respect of the Relevant Employees and any other person who is or will be employed or engaged by NYCC or any such sub-contractor in connection with the provision of any of the Services, including without limitation all wages, holiday pay, bonuses, commission, payment of PAYE, national insurance contributions, (subject to paragraph 5) pension contributions and otherwise, accruing from and including the relevant Services Commencement Date.
