EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING. In accordance with the District’s Drug Testing Policy 5226P, the School District is entitled to test certified staff for illegal drugs and alcohol to fulfill its purpose of ensuring that no teacher is impaired while teaching or involved in a school event or activity.
