Common use of Employee Performance Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Employee Performance Evaluations. Employee evaluations will be completed and presented to the bargaining unit member within one (1) month of the bargaining unit member’s annual anniversary date of their current position. Bargaining unit member may complete their own evaluation as a means of reflecting on their progress, performance, and areas of strength and growth. Employees should review their personal evaluations with their supervisor or manager during their review.
