Common use of EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. 30.01 Employee privileges presently in effect, including the Employee Advantage Card, but which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to the purpose and intent of this Agreement, shall continue in full force. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, change, modify establish eligibility requirements, for any Employee Privileges, including the Employee Advantage Card.
