Common use of EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. (1) The term "seniority" as used in this Section, shall be the Company Seniority to which an employee is entitled under the provisions of Article 4 Section 1 of this Agreement. (2) Pay for each week of vacation for a full-time employee means pay for forty (40) hours at the employee's base rate of pay excluding shift differential.
