Employee Returning From Military Service a. Vacation pay shall be computed on the basis of the number of hours worked from the first (1st) day worked after returning from military service to the end of the current wage agreement period in relation to the required qualifying eight hundred (800) hours prescribed in paragraph (b), Section 2. b. The vacation for which the employee qualified as provided above shall be granted and paid during the next vacation period, as provided in Section 3.
