Employees on Non-Covered Projects. On work where the personnel of SDCCD may be working in close proximity to the construction activities covered by this CBA, the Union agrees that the Union representatives, stewards, and individual workers will not interfere with SDCCD personnel, or with personnel employed by any other employer not a Party to this CBA.
