Union Access and Stewards. 5.1 An authorized representative of the Union, upon notification to the designated representative(s) of the Employer, shall be entitled to access to the Employer's premises during regular business hours, provided that the Union representative shall conduct Union business in employee break areas and during employee break or meal times. The Union representative shall not interfere with the work of the employees, or with members of the public who are on the Employer's premises. 5.2 The Union agrees to notify the Employer in writing of the name of any employees designated as Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇(s) and further to notify the Employer, in writing, of any change in the person(s) so designated.
Union Access and Stewards. A. Upon providing reasonable written notice (which may be by email), the Business Representative or a representative of the Union is to be admitted for legitimate Union activities related to the fulfillment of this Agreement at all reasonable times to the areas where any work covered by this Agreement is performed, provided there is no unreasonable interference with the Company’s business. B. The Union may appoint one (1) or more union Stewards. Stewards shall be permitted to conduct necessary union business during paid scheduled working hours, provided such union business does not interfere with performance of work. The Company shall not discriminate or retaliate against union stewards due to the performance of their duties, but nothing herein shall allow a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to neglect their regular work duties as assigned by management. C. The Company is not required to pay a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for attending a meeting or otherwise conducting union business outside of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ scheduled working hours.

  • Union Access The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees, provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the union. Union access to work locations will not disrupt or interfere with a department’s mission and services or involve any political activities.

  • Access and Cooperation Each Party will, and will cause its Other Indemnified Persons to, cooperate and assist in all reasonable respects regarding such Third Party Claim, including by promptly making available to such other Party (and its legal counsel and other professional advisers with a reasonable need to know) all books and records of such Person relating to such Third Party Claim, subject to reasonable confidentiality precautions.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • Agreements with Subcontractors Business Associate shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any Subcontractor to whom it provides PHI received from Covered Entity or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity in which the Subcontractor agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to Business Associate with respect to such PHI. Business Associate must enter into this Business Associate Agreement before any use by or disclosure of PHI to such agent. The written agreement must identify Covered Entity as a direct and intended third party beneficiary with the right to enforce any breach of the agreement concerning the use or disclosure of PHI. Business Associate shall provide a copy of the Business Associate Agreement it enters into with a subcontractor to Covered Entity upon request. Business associate may not make any disclosure of PHI to any Subcontractor without prior written consent of Covered Entity.
