The 'Representative of the Union' clause designates an individual or entity to act on behalf of the union in dealings related to the agreement. This representative is typically authorized to communicate with the employer, negotiate terms, and address grievances or disputes that arise under the contract. By clearly identifying who speaks and acts for the union, the clause ensures efficient communication and helps prevent misunderstandings or unauthorized actions during the administration of the agreement.
Representative of the Union. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of the representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.
Representative of the Union. Where an employee has been called in for a meeting with the Employer on any work-related issue the employee shall be entitled to a representative of the Union to be present.

Union representatives shall obtain permission in advance from the Employer to gain access to the Employer's premises, and such advance permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
(a) Any employee of the clinic acting in the capacity of union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or as a member of the Bargaining Committee, shall have the right to attend meetings with the employer which concern the administration of the collective agreement, or negotiation of a collective agreement, and are held within working hours, without loss of remuneration.
(b) Employees shall have the right to hold Union meetings on clinic premises during working hours for up to one (1) hour per month without loss of remuneration. Such meetings shall be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.
Representative of the Union. An employee elected or appointed as a salaried representative of the Union, in accordance with its constitution, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay and benefits while so engaged. It is agreed that benefits (excluding weekly indemnity) may be maintained for a period of twelve (12) months provided that the employee pays the total monthly premium.
Representative of the Union. 3.01 Union shall have the right, at any time, to have assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Corporation. Such representatives shall have access to the Corporation’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the grievance.
