Common use of Representative of the Union Clause in Contracts

Representative of the Union. The Union may have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees at all collective bargaining meetings and at any grievance meeting commencing at Step 2 of the grievance procedure if requested by either party or at any other meeting of the parties on the mutual consent of the parties.
