Representative of the Union. Union representatives shall be afforded reasonable access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance. Union representatives shall obtain permission in advance from the Employer to gain access to the Employer's premises, and such advance permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. (a) Any employee of the clinic acting in the capacity of union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or as a member of the Bargaining Committee, shall have the right to attend meetings with the employer which concern the administration of the collective agreement, or negotiation of a collective agreement, and are held within working hours, without loss of remuneration. (b) Employees shall have the right to hold Union meetings on clinic premises during working hours for up to one (1) hour per month without loss of remuneration. Such meetings shall be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.
