Employees Required to Work in Higher Paying Classification. Employees required to perform work in a classification with a higher rate of pay shall receive the higher rate for all hours worked in the higher paying classification where that employee is fully qualified in the performance of the duties that they have been assigned, otherwise, they shall be paid their regular rate of pay.
