Employees Working Away from Their Point of Assembly. Except by mutual agreement between the Parties, employees working away from their point of assembly, and who return on a daily basis, shall be compensated for all hours in transit to and from their regular assembly point. The Union and the Employer recognize that the implementation, termination continuation of winter shifts is largely dependent on weather conditions and that winter shifts may have to be implemented and/or terminated on short notice of not less than five (5) calendar days or as otherwise established by mutual agreement.
