Common use of Employer Statement Clause in Contracts

Employer Statement. (a) The Employer agrees to forward all monies payable by him in respect of fringe benefits on or before the 10th day of the month following the actual performance of work and shall forward said contributions to the Administrator. (b) The Employer also agrees to remit the contributions together with a monthly statement setting out the names of the employees in respect of which said payments are made, together with the hours of work credits or amounts paid in respect of employees.
