End of the Lease Sample Clauses
The "End of the Lease" clause defines the terms and procedures that apply when a lease agreement reaches its scheduled conclusion. It typically outlines the tenant's obligations, such as vacating the premises, returning keys, and restoring the property to its original condition, as well as any final inspections or settlement of outstanding payments. This clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities at the lease's termination, helping to prevent disputes and facilitate a smooth transition at the end of the tenancy.
End of the Lease. At the end of the Lease Tenant must:
a. remove all of Tenant's personal property from the Unit;
b. remove all trash and debris from the Unit;
c. leave the Premises in the same condition as when the Lease began, other than normal wear and tear;
d. leave the Premises in a “broom-clean” condition;
e. lock and fasten all doors and windows to the Unit;
f. return all keys to the Premises to Landlord;
g. pay any costs of repair determined by the final inspection; and
h. pay all unpaid Rent and any other amounts owed to Landlord. Tenant will remain responsible for the Premises until all keys for the Premises are returned and a final inspection of the Unit has been completed by Tenant and Landlord.

You should also receive a sheet detailing how to clean some of the most missed items. Remember, a full refund of your security deposit depends on the condition in which you leave your residence. End of the Lease. The last day of the lease is the day listed in paragraph 2 page one. The last day of the lease is absolute and fair notice of the lease termination date and there shall be no assumption of continued tenancy unless agreed in writing. A Notice to Quit is not required to be issue relative to alerting tenant of the final day of the lease as it is agreed that the definite term end is established herein.
End of the Lease. The lease ends on the agreed date without notice. Silent renewal of the lease cannot be invoked. Unless there is a different agreement, the tenant is required to clear and clean the room entirely and return the keys to the landlord in return for a dated receipt. If a new agreement is made with the same student, the two parties make a mutual agreement concerning to what degree the room should be cleared. In any case, the keys must be returned by the end of the first term of rent, even if the tenant is allowed to keep making use of the room during the exam period in August or September. If the parties do not settle a mutual agreement on returning the keys personally, the occupant will send the keys by registered mail.
End of the Lease. 1. When the Lease ends, the Tenant must timely vacate the Rented Housing in the condition described in the inspection report (Annex III), except for the loss or damage attributable to age or normal wear and tear, and, subject to the provisions in paragraph 2, in a properly and professionally cleaned state and must furnish the Rented Housing to the Landlord. The Tenant must also return to the Landlord all the keys for the Rented Housing. At the time the Lease ends, the Tenant must have performed all minor repairs and fixed any damage for which he/she is liable and must have removed any changes or additions, including those which can be removed without any appreciable costs, and fixed the damage arising from this.
