Enduring Powers of Attorney. 40.1 On or before the Commencement Date you (and if there is more than one of you, then each of you jointly and severally) must give us a copy of properly executed enduring powers of attorney given by you in respect of your property and in respect of your personal care and welfare. Schedule 5.26 also sets forth the name of each person, corporation, firm or other entity holding a general or special power of attorney from the Company and a description of the terms of such power.
