Energy Source Sample Clauses

The Energy Source clause defines the specific type or origin of energy that must be used or supplied under an agreement. It typically outlines whether the energy should come from renewable sources, such as solar or wind, or from conventional sources like natural gas or coal, and may set requirements for certification or documentation to verify compliance. By clearly specifying the acceptable energy sources, this clause ensures that both parties understand and agree on the environmental standards or cost implications associated with the energy used, thereby preventing disputes and supporting sustainability or regulatory objectives.
Energy Source. Any source of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, or other energy. Facilities Work Notification: A notification associated with Utility work or work in an area that customer operations will not be impacted by. Customers will notice fire alarm strobes and audible alarms. FM Director: Facilities staff member responsible for managing a property/building and approving Utility outages affecting its operations, excluding fire detection and fire suppression outages. FM Onsite Outage Manager: Facilities personnel responsible for managing the Planned Utility Outage execution. This person must be listed in the official outage e-mail notification. FM Project Manager: Facilities personnel who manage construction/renovation projects. FOC Outage Coordination Group: Facilities Management personnel responsible for guiding MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-approved personnel through the procedures outlined in this policy. Hours of Operation: Outage coordinators will process Outage Requests from 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Energy Source. The primary energy source used to generate Energy at the Seller’s Plant is the following Fuel: ⚫, which accounts for at least % of the annual Energy generated. Please see attached. Please see attached. TO: British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (the “Buyer”) RE: Electricity Purchase Agreement (“EPA”) made as of ⚫, 20⚫ between the Buyer and ⚫ (the “Seller”) for the Project I, [name of senior officer], in my capacity as [title of senior officer] of the Seller, and not in my personal capacity, certify on behalf of the Seller that:
Energy Source. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of Section 8.2, Energy Sources shall be provided at [*]. In the event that Focal does not manufacture the Energy Source, but rather obtains it from a third party, the Developing Party shall have the right to purchase the Energy Source directly from such third party as mutually agreed by the Developing Party and such third party.
Energy Source. The primary energy source used to generate Energy at the Seller’s Plant is water, which accounts for 100% of the annual Energy generated. Please see attached. Please see attached. 1. Definitions - In this Appendix C, the following words and expressions have the following meanings:
Energy Source. The primary energy source used to generate Energy at the Seller’s Plant is the following Fuel: ⚫, which accounts for at least % of the annual Energy generated. Please see attached. Please see attached. Appendix C - 11
Energy Source. The Base Energy or Compensation Energy, as the case may be, will only be Scheduled for generation from the Muskrat Falls Plant or from Stored Energy;
Energy Source a. Power Requirement: Input voltage 220 VAC, 50Hz a) b. Battery powered, silence able alarm for power failure. c. Battery charger to be integral to mains power supply, and to charge battery during mains power operation of unit.
Energy Source. Solar (expected to produce at least 51% of its average annual renewable low-impact electricity from solar energy)
Energy Source. Important: In line with current industry practice, CONTRACTOR shall use a "soft start" for the energy source on all 2D and 3D lines and line segments.

Related to Energy Source

  • Information Systems The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”). The Customer agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Information System in any way.

  • Energy Cooperation shall focus on: (a) renewable energy; (b) promoting the saving of energy; (c) applied research relating to networks of databases linking the two Parties' economic and social operators; (d) backing efforts to modernise and develop energy networks and the interconnection of such networks with Community networks.

  • Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice, this LGIA, and the CAISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities,
